I am at a loss for words. Daniel Richland is either a fraudster or certifiably insane. He lied to me about ensuring that I will be paid by his client and caused me to lose money I was holding in deposit as a result--though his escrow account!
He just lied to me and pretend nothing has happened!
I know that there is a lot of talk about him having problems with the disciplinary board, and I am aware that other lawyers claim that he is being looked into for insurance fraud and all kinds of other issues relating to slander and libel, but this is plainly ridiculous. If you cannot rely on a lawyer, what CAN You rely on?
He probably thinks the money is minimal, so I won't sue. He's also an icredibly artful liar. But this is just wrong.
Don't trust this man. Even if he signs something in writing, be careful. He's a liar.
