Dark Sky Brewing double charged my debit card more than 400% what I actually spent and refuse to respond in Flagstaff Arizona
After my wedding day nonetheless, my new wife and I visited the establishment and shared a flight of 8 sample beers. $22 was what I signed for on their amateur POS system run on an IPAD. Lo and behold my bank statement shows two charges. One for $22 and one for $96. The owner, (Jeff?) failed to resolve the issue at all, never responded to countless emails and phone calls. Months later I was able to make the two hour drive ti re-visit the establishment and was treated poorly by the bartender who either failed to pass along the message I was in town and wanted to resolve the issues and recieve a written statement for the bank absolving me of debt and/or proof (nonexistent) of my transactions. Again no call and no attempt to right the wrong. I share an industry with this establishment and my family has for 25 years. This is pathetic and I refuse to carry their product after this bush league unprofessionalism. Beware and avoid unaccountable spinelesss busines owners like this. Yes, its a mere $100 but its MY $100 and I will claim what is mine at all costs. Dark Sky, so new to the world creating bad businesss karma so early. If they keep this up they wont be around much longer.
