Darnell Cooley Cooley Investments Coaching Program- He is a FRAUD!!!! Granite Bay California
Please be aware! Darnell Cooley is a FRAUD!!!! he has you sign a document that he says is a contract. It does not meet the four basics of a contract. It is full of spelling errors, and says his attorney wrote it. He guarantees that you will make $10,000-$15,000 in 90 days.
The agreement goes on to say he will teach you how to reposition apartment complexes and make $500,000 per deal.
He learned how to do all of this One year ago.... Yes, he was a real estate broker a number of years back but, no longer holds a real estate license and his brokerage is no longer. He has sold homes for other people so, he knows some of the real estate jargon.
He claims he has made millions on an apartment project in Washington but, will not release the name of the property. He does not understand how to calculate CAP rates, how the NOI is formulated. What he has learned he read it in Dave Lindahl's books. His forms he will send you are off of Dave Lindhal;s webiste.
There is a small claims case file in Richmond CA #RSC-0442 that shows that he lost a suit that was filed against him regarding his coaching program. He was required to pay back to the Plaintiff $3,099. then it shows a request to make payments. Darnell writes in it "I cannot afford to pay the entire $3,099 upfront due to my other bills that I need to pay."
Does that sound like someone you would want to hire to coach you? I think I will call this person to see if he has paid in full yet.
He wrote a check to the person and it was returned NSF. Is this someone you want to do business with?
He is a Fraud!!!! Stay away-

My experience with Darnell Cooley's cooaching program was completely successful. I worked with him for 1yr and I was able to be full time as a real estate investor. We were able to closed 9 deals that was equivalent to $75K. He was always available everytime I called or texted him and made sure that he explained everything that he was teaching me in specific detail so I could fully understand what I was learning. I do not agree with someone trying to tarnish Darnell's name online here and the person must not be that brave seeing as they did not put their first and last name along with their contact information to verify what they are saying regarding Darnell's program.
Just because someone has a negative experience with someone they shouldnt go blasting it on the internet especially since there is always two sides to every story!! fFYI, Darnell was never a licensed real estate agent his father who passed away several years ago who has the same name was, you should really get your facts straight if you are going to speak bad about someone!!! But I stand in complete 100% truth that Darnell never scammed me and completely exceeded my expectations in teaching me how to properly launch my real estate investing business that continues to earn my profit time and time again.
