The site says data entry positions and shows images of data entry forms that " We " are supposed to fill out with data (provided to us) by data positions.com. THEN once the 97.00 is paid you get a bunch of stuff about making money with incentivsed freebies???????????????? And going green for people in order to be paid by them after you go green, which is very difficult to do in most instances. The website claims that there is a 60 day money back guarantee. (I see that they changed it again) It was 90 days, then 60 days and now it's 45 days?????

This was sent to me by "Customer Support" and it is past the 60 days yet my bank acct has not been credited. The Media has been doing a lot of reporting on work at home scams lately and I am really starting to wonder if this is YET ANOTHER one that they should warn the public about.

I received this email from live-operator.com AND STILL DON'T HAVE MY REFUND A WEEK AND A HALF LATER. NO ONE IS CALLING ME BACK ALTHOUGH I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES. I have even called during 8-5 Australia EST.(WHY IS A PHONE NUMBER REGISTERED AS A REDWOOD BEACH CALIFORNIA LANDLINE BEING MANNED IN EST AUSTRALIA TIME??)

Have not heard a thing from the "merchant"/scam artists. I am VERY close to having the media to a very revealing story about them and the fraud website that they are operating because I want my money back. They didn't have to wait to get my money and I want back because they are a total fraud. Now the fraudsters asked me to wait 60 days? Well 60 days is up. I am not waiting for them anymore and I am sure the press would jump on this little datacash work at home scam that has nothing to do with data entry. They have been doing A LOT OF COVERAGE OF WORK AT HOME SCAMS ripping people off when they are desperate in this tuff economy.
As stated in your email since it has been over 48 hours and I have not heard from them (it's been 3 business days) can you please expedite a manual refund ASAP.
I just want my frikken money back and I want it back yesterday or they are going to get A WHOLE LOT OF BAD PRESS AND MAYBE AN INVESTIGATION.

I have tracked the whois info and saved all pages on my computer in the form of web pages as well as disk backups. I have CONCRETE PROOF that it is all about incentivised freebies and not data entry as well as the fact that the registrant is in Malaysia even though they have "americanised" the site. If I have not had my acct credited $97.00 + 39.95= 136.95 by 9:00 AM U.S. Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, March 19, 2009 I am going to law enforcement and the press with this scam site.
