When I submitted this complaint, I had not given Datnumen.com enough time to respond to my email for a full refund. I am deeply sorry if this has affected there business reputation. They were quick in their response (within a couple of days) and did refund my full amount within a few days (less than a week). I am totally satisfied with their customer service and now would recommend them to anyone who may need their services and programs to repair their programs or computer. Although the zip file repair tool did not work for my file, it may for others. My file was too badly damaged or corrupted for it to work. Rippoff.com will not allow me to remove the original complaint, so I thought this might be the next best thing I could do to repair any damage to their reputation.
