Datingsitebuilder.com is full of errors. They do not stand by there full refund guarantee. I signed up confident if I was unhappy I would receive a full refund. After a couple days of trying to get software to work and getting no response from multiple attempts for help I closed my account and asked for my full refund as guaranteed by there website. 30 days full refund. I used software for 2 days. I was able to get thru to there 3rd party 24/7 chat. They barely understand english and repeatedly just told me they would forward the message and that I should have my refund very soon. Well its been almost 2 months. No email, no phone call.
