It's been over a week now since I asked for a refund due to poor product delivery and no one has followed up with me since then, I've submitted follow up support tickets with no reply back in over 7-days. Their payment processor won't communicate with me either. I wish I had read the BBB reports along with those on this site before engaging in business with datingsitebuilder.
