DAV negligent representation Atlanta Nationwide
I am a disabled veteran I fought the VA hardby myself and got 10% disability which was unsatisfactory based on claim. I decided to hire the DAV to represent me during appeal process. I donated sevferal hundred dollars for nothing. once i signed my case over to them i nver heard back from them one time in 4 yuears , i called frollowed up drove to regional office were i was turned away. they needed to file paper work with a certain time fram for which they failed to do on time. they never informed me of the examination which is the most important part of appeal where the dre decdide rating. the only letter i got was letter the dav frorwarded from va ying they closed my claim nbecause i missed the apt that my attorney neglected to tell me about. they close your case when this happen and you have to re apeal so i have to wait another four year and got turned down becauswe tyhe dav literally did nothing as if they were trying f**k my case up . im now lawyer but i wwas more sucessfull filing claim without them infact going to them cost me alot all,msot my life, while waiting i havent been able to work wince 2004 i have 4 kids and have been hospitalized several times for suicide attempts and this is the treatment i get . total disregarurd for me and my family. I have never been so disapointed witha n orgainizaqtion. they are in bed with the va a re steady screwing ?sabatogeing veteran there entitled benirfit. i underwstand why som many vet are killing them sel;ve it b*****d like va and dav working together to screw us out of entitlemtn.

The DAV can't process your claim because they don't care about anyone. They're all about making money off of veterans. They are also too busy practicing discrimination, IMO.
