davbeauty make smartly/ saiyo/ shopify i never recieved an order.

I ordered a full body pillow on November 28. They said it shipped on December 17. I have never recieved it nor can i get ahold of them. They have blocked my e-mail and the phone number I have does not work. The number is 202 602 9179
