Dave Han bought an iPhone from me on eBay. He opened cases on eBay and Paypal stating item is not as described. He sent a letter to me that needed to be signed for. He then issues a chargeback claim with his credit card company saying that the item was not as described, and that he return the item. He gives the tracking number of the letter to the credit card company stating that he returned the item with this tracking number. The credit card company then gave him the money back. And he now has the iPhone and the money back.
