David A Ortiz Carpet & Tile Installer Tempe Arizona David Ortiz DID NOT FINISH THE JOB AND MADE EVERY EXCUSE AS TO WHY HE COULD NOT FINISH IT Tempe Internet
We hired David to do a job for our business location back in September. We paid him for part of labor and for all of the materials. He installed one room and didn't come back. He made every excuse as to why he could not finish the job or bring us materials. We would txt him and call him and he would either not answer or give us some BS. We told him to bring us the rest of the materials so that we could have someone else do the job for us. I called him numerous times and got into arguments with him and he still did not bring the material. He actually had the nerve to send me a message saying if I kept contacting him he would report it as harrasment and only wanted to deal with my husband. My husband tried dealing with him to get the job done or at least the material and he didn't show up and or had an excuse. We finally called another company and paid them to put in brnad new carpet. Took them a whole 7 hours to finish and we were fighting with David for WEEKS!! I called my bank and disputed the charges and provided all of the proof along with a letter from the 2nd company explainging that the job was not finished and that they had to purchase new carpet and finish for us. I jsut got a letter today that we won the dispute!!! I started researching him and noticed he has done this to a lot of people. DO NOT HIRE HIM! HE IS A CON AND WILL NOT RETURN TO FINISH THE JOB!
