David Arroyo Car Accident / Black Car Service / Woodside/ Manhattan New York
Used Uber black car service. Driver 1st went long way which we stated to him. When we got to destination he got into car accident. Was charged $71 for a 6 mile drive. I want to know what this charge was for, were we charged while waiting for police? Sent Uber 3 email no response. Also there is no number to contact a live person. This is a big fail as i did at one point like this service.
