David Barton aka Barton Roofing Inc. Pd. Him to order metal roof. Never ordered roof and has caused thousands of dollars of collateral damage to my home. North Palm Beach Fl. Florida
This roofer has absconded w $20000.00 and is incompetent and insolvent at this point w no employees or monies. My contract was dated 4/19 it's now 7/26 and no roof is coming. His employee/former employee committed felony burglary and has an arrest warrant for Daniel Vesley. Case #18000510 village of NPB police dept. I'm aware of 3 other victims one for $11000 another for $16000 and a homeowners association pursuing litigation for damages over $100000. One option is a forced bankruptcy which frees up federal funds for reimbursement. This can also make his wife's assets available for collection and from what I understand opens the door for federal prosecution.
