We made the mistake of buying software from DAVID BELTON owner of BEcanada.com, we trusted him to at least keep his word if we discovered that the software is not working for us. According to his 120 day money back guarantee, "Refund Policy - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied [as noted above] with your purchase we will give you your money back immediately - within 120 days of your purchase date and you keep all the bonuses free.", we are entitled to a refund.

DAVID BELTON, refuses to supply a refund on the basis of results: "We do not process refunds on the basis of "results" " even though his 120 day money back guarantee explicitly says "If for any reason you are not completely satisfied..."

The results on all occasions trying out his software and services were dismal to say the least. We've tried different headers, and copy and still no success, which only tells me that he is smoking something. This service absolutely under no circumstance is worth the $600 we paid for it.

We bought the software for the sole purpose to get results! If we don't get the results as "promised", the why would we need the software in the first place. We would gladly go where we will get results.

Beware DAVID BELTON is a scam!

I bought into this service three years ago and paid about $150 for their Power Submitter program. As time went by the modules represented in the prgram grew thinner and thinner in content. I'm still hooked up to the BeCanada server and there is only one module left that has maybe 432 classified ads in existence on it. It started as 1,000 sites too and is now down to where it is now which is nothing. I just used their module 3.1 which keeps stalling out on sites that apparently are no longer in existence. So that one module is useless.

Also, if you take time to research BeCanada, you find out that all of these classifed sites are puny do nothing sites that are not even the main classifed sites I found in the world. I was able to find a website that listed 700 of the best sites in the world, but the problem is you have to keep revisting those sites to keep reposting your ads. Who has that kind of time? I don't. I thought using BeCanada would prove fruitfuil, but I have yet to get even one sale from all my efforts to use their service in three years and I have quite a diversified product line these days.

I think David is the only one there too and that there is no one else doing the work, even though their website shows a photo of about 11 people onboard. I think that is all a facade. It's easy to pull a scam like this off and blame it on the product and other factors, but you'd think in three years I'd get one sale with some of my products. I have none through BeCanada. My products do sell through other avenues however, but not through BeCanada, so who is snowing who? (LOL) The joke is on all of us who paid for the service too.

Also, when I first started to talk to "Dave", when I asked about upgrading to their other services, I was getting no replies. I was being avoided and that was clearly evident, but I had already paid my $150 and decided to give it a go. Three years later of repostings on the BeCanada puny websites and I still have no sales. I think the reason why there is so much verbage on the BeCanada site is because the only person there is "Dave". No one else ever answered my emails when I would make inquiries. So it is clear this is a one man operation to me with a bunch of small classified sites no one really cares about or visits. So while the promise of the sites is being supplied, they are useless petty sites that can help no one make serious sales. I know about the sites because "Dave" did give me a link to a list of their sites and I took a great deal of time checking them out. What a bunch of do nothing sites! Some of the print was so small when i would find one of my ads, you needed a magnifying glass to even read the ad i wrote.

The previous complaint made here on Ripoff Report is a valid complaint and I was looking up BeCanada tonight, because I'm noting how their "Power Submitter" program is getting pretty pathetic looking with its classifed site modules. Seems like the whole things is falling apart. These days I'm diong bulk emailing through an outfit in Beijing, while honoring the CAN SPAM act, as I make my valid offerings using a global list. If I knew a way to regularly visit the big classified ad sites where I could automate my repostings, I'd use the classifieds, but frankly its too much work for any one person to do. There are many good products to promote and I've got a number of original ones I've created as well that are finding their way slowly into the attention of consumers, but trying to reach the world through the net is no easy task, like it was maybe 10 years ago, even for us who are the good guys selling truly wonderful products people will like and enjoy or learn from.

I frankly wouldn't waste money on BeCanada. It's not your product either. BeCanada is a shell of a business with no real market it is reaching. You'd do better throwing your money into the gutter, than dealing with these people in my opinion. I think three years of giving them the benefit of the doubt speaks for itself. I'd like to see their list of satisifed customerss David boasts about, who are using the service and talk to those clients on my own to see what they think of their sales reality using BeCanada?

The worse game on the net going on right now is how people are making money telling other people how they are going to make money on the net by telling other people how to make money on the net. It's a pyramid scheme simple enough. What ever happened to good old fashion sales of goods and useful services? Does everyone have to lie in this world to make money anymore? I prefer the truth. It usually wins out in the long run when it comes to good business and building a good reputation in business.

Please, please, please help this guy to understand his own Refund Policy. (David Belton Scam Artist)

"Refund Policy - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied [as noted above] with your purchase we will give you your money back immediately - within 120 days of your purchase date and you keep all the bonuses free."

I'm not falling for his poor explanation. (David Belton Scammer)

You are misleading good people in believing they are getting value from you. I wasted $600 on you with nothing to show for it. We really tried a bunch of times to make it work, and no you were not there to help, we tried that too.

You've been scamming people for the last 17 years. I won't stand for that. I would rather let people know how corrupt you are.

It's not even about the money any more. I just don't want anyone else to get ripped off by you. (David Belton - Becanada Scam)

Go learn what it is to provide value and get your concience clean, how do you sleep at night?

I'm wasting my time with you...

People don't make the mistake of spending your money on his empty promises. I've found much more value (actual value) somewhere else, not empty promises and lies.

Reasonable Limitations

Hi

As per any policy there are limitations ; which are clearly outlined at our website.

That is specifically limited to the product or service only as applicable.

Your request [refund] was based on "results" ; which are directly controlled by you - based on what you are advertising, marketing conditions, market demand and other factors completely beyond our control and therefore beyond our guarantee.

This is an industry standard guarantee.

In addition ; support was provided to assist you ; and you never replied with the information required to assist your your marketing and "results" - which was provided free to you. Had you replied we could have advised specific guidence to get results for your specific website[s], product[s] or service[s] being promoted.

All our clients receive this free support regardless of what they are advertising.

Our product is very comprehensive and anyone that uses it on a regular basis will get results ; as long as said person understands the rules of advertising - which are universally understood ... which means it takes repeat advertising to get results. A factor also outlined in our FAQS available at our website for viewing pre or post sale.

We have been in business now for over 17 years.

Thank you

Hi; "David Belton"

You wrote: "As per our clearly defined and "plain english" refund pollicy our policy is limited to the product or service only." It seems American "plain english" differs wildly from the english the rest of us on this planet speak. I could go to any english speaking person on the planet and ask what the following paragraph means I will get the same answer. IF FOR ANY REASON... (How difficult can it be to understand that?) It seems plain english is not plain enough anymore. And now suddenly there is a subtle change "our policy is limited to the product or service only". Very subtle indeed.

"Refund Policy - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied [as noted above] with your purchase we will give you your money back immediately - within 120 days of your purchase date and you keep all the bonuses free."

Suddenly the "plain english" refund policy becomes a common sense guarantee! What planet are you from? "This is a common sense guarantee as it is impossible to guarantee anything outside of the product or service performing as advertised. Clearly the product or service did not perform as advertised therefore the request for a refund. The product does perform and operate as advertised ; and according to your own email it was working correctly as advertised." What email are you talking about? The only emails we sent indicated that your product and service was highly inadequate, nothing like what you're advertising.

We can not guarantee what a third party will or will not do ; nor can we control what you use the product or service for - which is the basis for your refund request and why it was denied. It seems you are trying to cover your basis all over the place, the bottom line is your charging exorbitant fees for a product and service that does not do what you promise and then you have the odasity to tell otherwise and lie about it.

You mentioned: "In addition FREE SUPPORT was provided to assist you in your marketing. You declined said support." If you did offer said support, and I did not receive it, then you probably did not offer said support and therefore I didn't decline said support. You are totally redicilous lying through your teeth.

We asked you what you were marketing ; again no reply and therefore we could not assist here either. Again, we've not received replies from you after multiple emails. All lies.

These emails are on file. (Show us the proof then.)

Our policys are cleared listed at our website and are in accordance with the industry standards. If by industry standards you mean that you don't refund even after you promise to but don't even if your product and services does not perform as advertised. Which industry do you belong to, since that doesn't exist.

We have 1000s of happy customers worldwide and have been in business since 1996. Happily stealing from customer since 1996 providing a poor service and products.

Thank you and have a great day. (Thank you for what, for stealing my $600?)

He is a scam, a thief and now also a lier.
