Tiger On The Tail To all Readers of Buyer beware, for accuracy and searching of his Real Estate Brokers License and reporting him, It's not Equitable Real Properties Group but Equitable Real Properties Corp. on his license. Why does he hold two separate Broker Licenses and two different company names all at the same address and David Giuffrida name. You don't need two brokers licenses. It's because he wants to move to the other license when the other one crashes and burns due to fraudulent activity. Those license numbers for those that want to report him and to file complaints are #10991224595 & #10991210762 and you can look this up and contact the authorities and report him for fraudulent activity and fooling the state board having two license numbers having no sales people, at the Department of State, Division Of Licensing Service for New York.
For all of you that have been scammed by this little fat boy, I encourage you to now go get him and this is how you do it not allowing him to scam anyone else where he lives. As to his Auto class scams, you should also contact the state contractors license board about this FELON. How can a CONVICTED FELON operate with two Broker Licenses plus operate other phony businesses in New York and get this past the State Of NY Authorities.
