David W Edwards A dishonest cheat who represents himself as a Financial Consultant or Financial Planner. All show no go! East Syracuse New York
This guy David W Edwards tries to tell me that he is a financial planner and that he has all of the right accredations, certifications and affilitations that one would expect from a financial planner/consultant. But he is not credible because he does not speak like a pro. When I spoke to him he was very vague and he did not speak with a sense of expertise. I started asking him questions and he stuuttered and stammered and became very uncomfortable. I contiuned to talk to him and he soon went off on a tirade and started getting loud about all of his qualifications and none of it made any sense. He was soon saying things like he has been checked out by the FBI, the NSA and the CIA but the FBI does not evaluate or certify financial professionals. Certain that he was lying to me I checked him out a bit anyway and he has no CFP status and none of the usual agency's have ever heard of him. Stay away from this guy! While I was there his landscaper came and he told me that he was trying to get paid but having a hard time getting this guy to pay him. I ran into his landscapper a few days later when I was buying some supplies for my lawn mower and he told me that David W Edwards does not pay his bills. He also told me that people are trying to get paid for work that he has had them do and that David W Edwards takes a lot of prescription type drugs and smokes pot whenever he can get it. He does not workj and claims to have back trouble that prevents him from working a real job. He also avoids paying people by claiming that something is wrong with the service they have provided. The landscaper then told me that he was going there to cut the grass the next day and I asked him why he would do that if the guy was not paying him. He said that he had the time available and that he might get some money from him! Some people never learn!
