I bought a 2005 limited Highlander from them in June of 2005; I came back to them to trade it in December of 2005. They talked me into leasing 2006 Tundra for 5 years @ $567.00 a month. I will have paid close to 65000.00 for this Truck.

I expressed that I wanted $29,000 for my trade or NO DEAL. They said no problem. When they came back with my monthly payment I told him that $600 was too much. They expected me to put $2000 down and pay my first payment that night. I said no deal! The sales guy wouldn't leave my husband and me alone for a minute. I had about 5 members of my family w/me while we worked on this deal.

Finally the sales guy came back and I signed the slip for the trade at $29000, they were going to make my first payment, and they told me I wouldn't pay any finance charges until the end of my lease LIARS!

In finance I was suppose to get my alarm for free in exchange for a protect ant I paid to have done on the Highlander but never got. He worked that $695.00 along with my fist payment it into the lease.

When I got home they called me and said that they couldn't sell the Highlander on the lot so they had to action it. I got several different $ amounts when I asked them what it sold for. They told me 21000 first, 23000 the second and the third time I was told 23500. I only saw paper on the fist amount.

Then I asked them for proof of the trade in that's when I found out how much they really gave me. They kept telling me that they paid 33500, paying my loan off. They gave me $26500 for the Highlander and adding the 6500 on the end of my lease.

I am paying $9000 for the "money factor" I was never told about when I asked. They took my first payment out of my down payment (they said they would take care of that) and they want to sue me for $3600 more.
