Davis Roofing Davis roofing has a very unprofessioal team of works. As soon as they get your money down they don't want to please u anymore. Very relaxed on calling customer back, also never on time to an appointment and worst of all salesmen and roofing crew seem to have been intoxicated. On what I am not sure. Davis Roofing on Palos Height, IL is were I thought I was going to get stand up service. However, the was they last thing I got. When the salesmen frist game ot my hom eto estmate he was very professional got my buisness right away. However, when coming back for me to sign the proposel and get my down payment the gentlemen seemed intoxicated, tierd, non proffessional ald not to mantion very late for. I then had questions following the signing and it took multiple attempts to get a hold of the sales rep. Its seems as thought once they got your money you are on the bottom of importance. After getting a hold of someone they were very rude. I finally got my roof after months of waiting. I couldn't belive it even the crew was rude. I then contacted the manager/owner and he was just as rude. A couple months later I had a leak in my roof that they gaurantee and it took me another couple weeks to get someone to come out.I just could belive the service from a once respect company, but the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, the owner had the same attitude.

This Rip-off Report against Davis Roofing is obsurd. I have used Davis on 3 of my homes and have been completely satisfied every time. They are a genuine, small family business who's been around since the early 60's! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. From the looks of this report against Davis, I believe the AUTHOR was intoxicated. Jon/Jane...DOE need take a lesson in 1st grade grammer. I've looked up Davis' credentials and they have an"A" grade, and multiple complaint free awards from the BBB and have an "A" rating with Angie's List. This report was written by either a jealous competitor, disgruntled employee or an impossible customer who probably wanted everything for nothing. I also own a small business and deal with people such as these everyday. If you believe this report, you are as foolish as the author.
