I bought a female chihuahua, (Davishall Indian Summer), that was to be bred to his champion male (First Knight), I thought him to be a reputable breeder. It has been almost a year now, It was excuse after excuse, it was too hot to ship, he missed her heat, Twice. I finally requested (okay maybe demanded) my money back over $2,000. He agreed, told me he would send it... NOTHING. I have every e-mail between us regarding this purchase(over 50). Now he doesn't anwer his phone, has blocked my e-mail address. I didn't get my dog, or the breeding and he has over $2,000 of my money.
