Daxmart SCAM, does not email verification of purchase or cancellation New Jersery Internet
Daxmart has a sony a6000 camera for sale and I purchased it on a saturday, I read reports that they were scetchy and tried to call and cancel my order. I could not get anyone to answer and there mailbox was full! I was contacted later by someone at Daxmart who was unprofessional and insulting! I told them I wanted to cancel my order and they started asking me where I had purchased my item from since I wanted to cancel my order. They also proceeded to try and charge me for things I did not want to buy, I had to repeatedly tell them to cancel my order and the person on the phone said "fine" and hung up! I never recieved a email verification of the cancellation, I tried to call back but could not get through to anyone. They are a scam, no business works like that. I do not want someone else getting ripped off and or bullied on the phone by these morons. I had to cancel my debit card to make sure they do not try and charge it. That is unacceptable and they should not be allowed to do business.
