I saw an ad on my Main page of my yahoo account, and on multipal other wabsites and an advertisement. The add said it was being advertised on CBS,ABC, and other reputible companies. So I ordered it. they charged my account on 6-26-09 for the shipping and handling. The next day I saw some information on the web that said bad things about the product and/or the company so I called and canceled it. This was the 6-27-09 and I was told that they had to recieve it back before they could cancel and not be charged, $58.76. I had not even gotten the product yet so how was I to send it back. I recieved the package on the July 05, 2009, and sent it back the next day by USPS-signiture required.

item was delivered at 12:27 PM on July 15, 2009 in DES MOINES, IA 50336 to EDS 1 . The item was signed for by J ADAMS. and two days later I was charged the 58.76. This could have easly bounced my account, but luckly it did not. I do not understand how a company can advertise something so heavily that millions of people are being mislead by the advertising. The whole Idea behind the add is that this woman got white teeth for just the shipping and handling. It is inferred in the ad. Is this not False Advertising?
