Recently I purchased DazzleWhite toothpaste and a SmileBrite whitening kit on the internet. These were trial -size offers for $1.95 and .99 ,supposedly highly recommended by national televison shows and movie stars. This $1.95 and .99 purchase is now costing me over $300.00 and so much frustration. No way did I think that by making this purchase I would also be paying 92.00 a month whether I wanted the product or not, as well as buying multiple "subscriptions" to HealthTracker, Vital Nutrition, Resvpure, PristineHealth, Antiaging, EZYkit, Elitepack, and also end up paying for various foreign transaction fees.

They claim that if you sign up for this you are also signing up for all of this other stuff...never to receive any confirmation of all of these so called subscriptions. I only wanted to try the toothpaste!!! If I would have received any confirmation on all of these subsciptions and charges I would have acted immediately! Plus, once you  buy the trial size offer you have only ten days to return it .

After that you are stuck with a $92.00 charge showing up on your credit card bill under various different names to throw the customer off, every single month for a tiny tube of toothpaste. You will spend an entire day on the phone trying to cancel all of these subscriptions and try like heck to cancel the d**n toothpaste orders, with no hope of getting any of it refunded even if you never opened one tube.

I now have to pay a charge bill of $300.00 for subscriptions they wont cancel, foreign transaction fees and I am stuck with three boxes of  SmileBrite gel tubes that I will not even use. I am disappointed that I was scammed and out of the money and hope this company gets so many furious and disappointed customers that a class action lawsuit is started. I dont know how the executives of this company sleep at night taking innocent hard-working American's money. Shame on you SmileBrite!!!!!

There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. Customer service is our number one priority and we do everything we can to be open with all of our customers. Of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site, we are happy to offer you a full refund if you return the unused product back to us.
