I meet this woman on Niteflirt, she told me she owned a company and gave me the URL to view it and to call her girls.  I was a very big client, and spent a good amount of money.  As the months went on I started noticing my card being carged more and more each month, so for one month I calculated all my transactions.  I had spent 5,583.90 on calls in the month of August but when I got my credit card bill it said her company had charged me over 13,000 dollars.  I was not only pissed off but very upset and even felt betrayed because I thought I had made friends with her.  I guess not.  I called her 877-696-1477 number for customer service and left a message on her answering machine.  I even wrote an email.  Waited 3 days, never heard from her.  Finally I had enough, I tried calling several times and emailing several times over a 2 week period but I never heard back from her.  Finally, being that I was fed up I had no choice but to send her an email telling her I would be charging back all the money paid through her company.  I finally got a email back.



In the email she told me how annoying I was and how badly she hated talking to me and how her and all her girls would talk sh*t about me and the other clients behind my back, and how they would all make fun of me and that she wasnt going to return the money to my credit card that was over charged.  I had no choice but to charge back.



I,being a business owner myself know that talking to customers that way is uncalled for and very unprofessional.



Dont call her company and if you do, make sure you check the charges on your credit card to make sure it wasnt overcharged.

I have worked for Brandi for 7 months and in that time she's only fired one person. And her reasons were spot on for the let go of said employee. This ex-employee also flamed her at other public forums, with nothing but lies. This person needs to just move on with her life and get out of the phone sex business altogether, because while working for Brandi's company she was also working for three other companies and wanted to add a fourth. When would she find time to take calls with Brandi's company? That's why she was let go.

And she knows nothing about the inner workings of the dispatchers and their screens on how people are charged. I am a relief dispatcher, and I know without a doubt we do not have time to write down the customer's info (which we would need to do to keep repeatedly charging them without them on the phone) to charge them over and over again.

The end of July, all of August and most of September was very slow for everyone involved, not just the company, but the PSO's who also work niteflirt, and we all do. It was so slow that Brandi was offering discounts to clients in the chat room just to try and get money coming in to her girls.

Brandi cares about her girls and works hard for them, she is also one of the only owners who works with her girls to help them make money, is available 24/7 for advice on how to boost your clients, and keep them.

This is a classic case of someone with too much time on their hands because they aren't busy making money. If this person would put her time to use writing a phone sex blog rather than flaming an ex boss, she'd be making money right now, instead she's trying to start problems.

Disgruntled Employee Filed Fake Report

There is no niteflirt listing at the link that this disgruntled past employee provided.  In fact, we don't get our clients from niteflirt (obviously I'm sure some of the same ones call around, but there's no way that we go there actively seeking clientele). 

As one of the primary dispatchers for this company, I can verify that we have had nobody spending that amount on calls in one month except for maybe one or two people.  I also see the chargebacks and there's never been one for that amount. The system doesnt even have the capability to overcharge someone in the ratio stated... We select a block of time and the call is sent.."  There have been rare occasions that by accident someone gets double charged, but it's always taken care of when it is brought to our attention.

Secondly, nobody would -ever- tell someone something like that. Everyone here is friendly, courteous, and AWESOME.  The only people that aren't don't last long. There's absolutely no way that the person that filed this report is a customer.

Clarifying a few things..

First of all, the month of August was our slowest month ever. We had NOT ONE client spend that amount at any point in time in August or July. Both were extremely slow months for us where no money was made on binging clientel. No one spent 5k.. much less 13k.

 

Secondly, the Niteflirt account that was shown... had ZERO calls. I had recieved not ONE customer to that Niteflirt account. I also have not logged into Niteflirt FOR calls in 4-5 months...  and when I'm in NF... it's usually for financial domination.. and most clients are overseas.

Thirdly, the last time this was done it was a specific ex contractor who wrote it up... She's struggling at another company now... and has another ex contractor with her... I'm assuming they're doing this together now.

I will gladly give RipOffReport access to my system to see that no clients spent that amount of money in June-August... None. No one spent 5k+.... This is a fabricated story by an ex contractor.

 

There's also NO WAY for us to overbill our customers. We bill for blocks of time. Clients are only sent for blocks of time... so even if we had a customer that was this big in the month of August... there would be no way to bill him three times the amount. None.

 

I also invite RipOffReport to check my customer service lines. There have been ZERo calls to my customer service line other than hiring inquiries... No customer has left messages regarding anything to do with billing....

 

Again, this is an ex contractor who was possibly bipolar.. probably teaming up with competition that is also bipolar.

 

I invite RipOffReport to check all instances...  None of this is true... This is someone with no life attempting to ruin mine.
