D.C. Pool Co. came to install my semi inground pool starting on June 19th, 2017.  The needed to dig down 3 ft. and put up walls, liner, filter and backfill after pool was filled.   By Friday June 23rd, the pool was finally installed and they began to fill the pool.  Saturday morning, half the liner fell in, the pool only had a foot of water.  I callled immediately to report the issue.

By Saturday evening, two young men in their early 20's came and said they could fix it but have to get all water out.  Therefore we put the pump in and in a few hours mostly all water was gone.  Sunday came and went and no one showed up.  Monday around 3:30 the same young men returned and started to fixing the hanging liner.

At 5:30 I was told to call their boss Dennis and speak to him.  He tells me that the boys told him that the liner has now stretched and they could not get it back into the track.  Dennis told me he would have to replace the liner because of poor installation.  Tues, Wed, came and went and no one called or returned to fix the problem.

My husband and I called Dennis repeatedly untill he finally got back to us with the excuse that the man on the truck has not delivered the liner so he'll be there on Thurs. "I'll be there in the morning it will be up and running by 12 pm." I texted Dennis on Friday June 30th, in which he replies "Someone will be there in a few hours."

Finally, someone knocked on my door and said they were from D.C pools and heard we had a liner problem.  He looked at the job and said the guys did not install the liner properly and he could fix it.  As he began he realized he was having difficulty with getting the liner on the track.  Again he stopped and called Dennis letting him know he couldn't do the job alone.

He then proceeded to explain that he could not come back until MondayJuly 3rd, this would be the 15th day of the project which should have taken 3-4 days tops.  I am now left wil a mess and no pool!!

I feel this company does not have pride in their work and have taken on too many jobs therfore cannot complete the original job they started.

They also hire inexperienced workers who cannot complete the job properly.                       THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!
