Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Having seen the TV ads for pre-paid Master Cards in June of 2003 and conversing with Joyce Heath over a period of a couple weeks and after receiving their packet in July of 2003 I wired $14,915.00 to DCA - Debit Corporation of America for 3 of their Prepaid Card Sales Systems.

I did receive the 3 systems but had no success in placing them. The person that I was given to contact kept refering me to a small neigherhood Bodaga and not the high profile locations that were stated in my conversations. I was strung along and had no success in contacting Bill Martin, Shevin Goodman, Richard Goodman, Cary Krugly, Jack Gordon, Joyce Health, Jay Maine, Bill Judd and Harvey Wall either by phone or e-mail.

I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran and in need of help in getting back my money from those thievs. Can anyone out there be of help to me.

those who actually play the ads on their television or radio stations ought to be held to account

What about taking those who actually play the ads to task? Either through dealing with those who play the ads, or through regulatory channels (such as the FTC, FCC, and so on)? I think those who actually play the ads on their television or radio stations ought to be held to account for airing these commercials.
