DDR UniverseDDR Universe & Game Asylum Shipped me wrong items. Didn't send replacement or refund. Can't reach either company. Casper Wyoming
Last Christmas I ordered several games from DDRUniverse.com. The items were shipped from gameasylum.com and two of them were incorrect. I tried for months to get it corrected and was finally told they'd just issue a credit & I needed to choose a different game, which I did. It never arrived so I contacted them. They said it was out of stock & would send it when available.
I kept checking on line for a status and saw a notice that my order was canceled. I contacted them again, and they didn't know what happened and had me choose another title because the first was no longer available from them. Too many ordered/not enough on hand. I did that & didn't hear from them.
When I finally got fed up, both companies sites are gone and their email addresses are no longer valid. The final reply from them was they're no longer accepting orders; orders that weren't shipped wouldn't be charged to the customer. Problem is they have my money and didn't refund it OR send anything in place of the game I ordered. I have pages of emails from several employees of both companies, but they're all useless.
