Dealer Funding now Cresent Bank and Trust When I thought I was finished with my payments after 3years they hit me with A new balance owed. New Orleans, Louisiana
When I went in to the dealership they told me how much the car was and how much it will b after I get it financed. I was also told that payments will last 3 years. I'm going on four.
In my third year I called to get my balance and was told it was 6,000 dollars. I was confused because I was looking at my paper work and it was only suppose to be around 1,000. So I asked why when my contract stated I only owed 9,000 after my down payment.
He stated I sign a paper which I did not originally recieve in my contract. That my new balance was 15,000. And he got very frustrated with me and rude. Which I didn't understand because I felt I had the right to ask questions about my contract.
I was making payments to dealer funding located in Atlanta,Ga for three and a half years. After I popped that question on them. I recieved a letter stating to stop making payments to them and start making them to Cresent Bank and trust in Louisiana.
That was very stange to me or just a coincidence. Its like they trying to hide something. I don't like to be cheated out of my money that I work hard for. Paying payments that I originally didn't know about.
I would have never agreed to pay that much for a 2007. I could have bought a newer model or a brand new car for that price. I would never recommend them to no one. They are and will always b a RIP OFF.
