My car hydrolocked from a stuck fuel injector (Mechanic diagnosed after teardown) . I had my car towed to a repair facility in July 2007. My car sat for almost a month (August) till they finally sent an inspector to go look at my car. Then I had to wait another week for them to tell me my claim was denied because they said the car hydrolocked from water. I drove the car and it didn't even rain that day. The oil had no water in it and there was a faint smell of fuel in the oil. Mechanic told me that they were trying to get out of paying for the repair based off the cost. The whole time I made repeated phone calls to the company only to get placed on hold numerous times and sometimes disconnected.

Customer service is terrible, transferred from one person to another. My car is still at the repair facility to this day (Oct 22 2007). I paid $3,270 for the best warranty that they had and I got nothing in return and I owe the repair facility $600 for the teardown. The car sat in pieces for so long that they could use that as an excuse not to pay for the repairs. I've filed a complaint with the BBB. I like how they took their sweet time to take me for a ride then come up with an excuse not to honor my claim. Then they asked me why I want to cancel my warranty.
