It is not uncommon for Sean V Bradley to rip people off. He has employees who he refused to pay sick days for. He has had employees quit working for him because of his usual antics where has owed them over $2,000 and they never saw a dime out of it. He once drove a web designer crazy that the designer quit his job right on the spot and Sean V Bradley CEO of Dealer Synergy at the headquarters ran after him in a threatening fashion and yelled in public "Your Web Design Skills Suck...how about that?". This is a public figure, CEO of a national supposed multi million dollar company acting immaturely in front of all 10 of his employees.
He tells the public he has 18-20 employees but usually runs with up to 10 max.
He self promotes his successful dealer magazine cover stories. He does not tell you that he buy these sponsored cover stories for over $10,000 (after ripping a dealer off for over $70,000) and then writes a success story himself to spotlight the dealership in order to continue to promote Dealer Synergy by way of generating leads for himself.
He still talks about some of his previous success stories of dealers that fired him because their numbers actually dropped. What is insane is that he still talks about how these dealers still do big numbers and still "CRUSH THE COMPETITON". However, if he was a real car guy and legitimate consultant he would study the market trends and really know what is going on with his past clients. One dealer had one or two successful months (was on the cover of a magazine) ended up going downhill in numbers because a competing dealership in a heavily competitive market opened up down the road and started selling over 400 cars per month with an aggressive advertising budget taking away more then half the business of this so called success story. Sean V Bradley does not know that. When he boasts of his success stories check with the manufacturer and read their district, regional, or national sales volume reports.

I looked into Dealer Synergy not long ago. Their claim to fame is cutting edge technology and a turn key solution to help you sell more cars. It sounded to good to be true. Well you know how the rest of that saying goes.
I did my own research and found that Sean Bradley is selling the same stuff to everyone. Dealer Synergy is the ultimate cookie cutter. The phone scripts, objections/rebuttals, and the email templates are not customized. Sean gave me references to check out so I submitted leads to those dealerships and got the same generic emails. I don't know who he thinks he's kidding but the people responding to my leads were dreadful. They were some of the worse sales people I had ever heard and you could tell they were scripted.
Sean Bradley is really interested in using all this social media junk too. He wants to sell you flashy back grounds for you tube channels. He told me that Dealer Synergy had a production crew and they could make me a twitter page. Every time I tried to ask that man a question he would act like I was wasting his time. I'm sorry son but I am not giving you any money. Sean Bradley is not someone you should do business with. Stay away from Dealer Synergy.

I worked for Sean V. Bradley for a year. It was the worst year of my life! Sean V. Bradley is a scam artist and a lunatic. He flies of the handle all the time. He fist fights with his employees and he used to get into physical altercations with his now wife Karen Uriarte aka Karina Bradley.
Sean claims to be broke but he has loads of money which he filters through several different companies to make it look like he's not making such a huge profit. He takes all the money from Dealer Synergy and puts it into Karina Bradley. I've watched and listen to Sean V. Bradley make promises to clients that he could not fulfill.
Sean would tell clients that he had a team of highly trained customer service analyst, web designers and CRM/ILM experts that on staff. He made it seem like he had a company of 50-100 people. There were 10 of us including Sean and his wife. He hires people dirt cheap with very little or no experince in the automotive industry because he doesn't want to pay them.
He buys dirt cheap, crappy content for his focus sites and micro sites just to save money. The content is not unique and it has no relevance to the site itself. More than half the time the photos don't even match up. He'll promise that they won't work with any direct competition but I watched him sign two dealers in the same state within 20 miles of eachother for the same customer service package and SEO package.
You will not crush the competition with Dealer Synergy and Sean V. Bradley. He's been preaching the same crap for years now. His email templates suck! They are not unique and a 2nd grader could produce better content. I re-wrote them for him and he told me he would pay me. Never saw that money! 2 weeks vacation after 1 yr lmao! never saw it. He has certified trainers to come out to your dealership and fully train your staff. BS!!!!!!!! You'll get weekly phone training, monthly/quarterly/yearly reports, regular mystery shops and call monitoring. HAHAHAHAHA .
Some of his current employers were fired more than once for poor work preformance. Yet they are working for him again now because they jumped on the "karina" band wagon.
Dealer Synergy is a full blown rip off. Sean V. Bradley will steal your money and will make you waste your dealership's time and money. He will over charge you for him to personally come out to your dealership, late!, and treat your employees like crap! PLEASE CONTACT ME! I will be happy to tell all!
ps. He will charge you for more training materials and flip his lid if you just photo copy them. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
