We hired Dean to install a new bathroom and move our existing laundry room to the 1st floor of our home. We gave Dean Rogan Jr the owner a $8073.75 deposit in December of 2013. We had to fire Dean because he continuously failed to show up and even though the permits were ready he failed to even start the renovation. The biggest disappointment is that it is now May 2014 and he still has not issued our refund. Avoid this contractor at all costs as we are currently pursuing legal action against House Solutions and owner.
