I contracted Dean Parchem and Dean Parchem Construction in Salem, Oregon to put cabinets in my home. He had me pre-pay for half the job upfront, and then he never showed up to do the work!!!! He stole our money and disappeared!! When I looked him up later online I learned that he has done this to a lot of people!!
We work hard for our money, and he flat out stole from us and we can't locate him. His Lic # is CCB 134083 and we filed a complaint witht the state of Oregon, and they said they have numerous complaints on him. We are deastated!! How many more people will he do this too before something is done????
Please folks, becareful of him and google and research. He belongs in jail!!!

Hi. I had a Parchim Contrator company repair my roof in Portland, but not sure if it's the same people. I had to pay people to fix his work and my husband had a stroke over them. I dont know if it's the same people though.

I am the owner of this budiness, and Ryan Evans aka Dan Grady, is making a false report in retaliation because his feelings are hurt, boo h*o, and he has no life.. I already have the feds. and an attorney on you Ryan Evans. You better crawl back under your rock so they dont find you. You are a lier and you will pay for your lies from your celly named Bubba in prison.
I have never contracted work with Ryan Evans aka Dan Grady, because he lives in CA. and his slandering defamation of character is going to land him in jail.

This complaint is entirely bogus. There is no Dan Grady in Salem Oregon. This complaint was filed by a person who lives in Huntington Beach California and who has never even been in contact with Dean Parchem. Dewan has no complaints against him with the Oregon Construction Board, BBB or any other entity. He does, however, have a libelous web site attributed to him by this same person. (Not Dan Grady). Legal action will be brought against this person and anyone who disseminates information negatively affecting a person or bussiness once apprised of the libelous nature of the information. I am Dean Parchem's stepfather and know him very well
