if you're looking for a quality roofing solution, look somewhere else. Dean Swain was contracted to repair my flat roof. The quality of the workmanship is poor, largely due to a lack of onsite supervision. The goal was to fix several known leaks and they failed to successfully accomplish that. There have been several follow-up visits to correct the lack of quality work which to date, has not resulted in the required level of water tight integrity. Dean Swain is long on promises and short on delivery. I would not do business with him again under any circumstances.
