Complaint Review: Debbie Riley Deborah K. Riley - boynton beach Florida

Alexander Juan Dimusto was on the WPTV news last night in the leading story regarding his purchasing an internet domain in my full name, deborahkayeriley.com and then filling it with extemely malicious lies, slander and defamation of character.  This domain name was purchased by Dimusto  5 days after a hearing where I attempted to get a restraining order against him for maliciously and slanderously getting me fired from my job.  The restraining order was denied and the Court paperwork is how he was able to obtain my full name. 

Experts say this is by far the worst case of internet stalking/slander they have EVER seen.  Particularly in the cached section wherein not only did he viciously slander me but also the owner of the company he had me fired from and other people he has never met.  He will be prosecuted criminally and civilally to the fullest extent of the law.

Thank you so much for all of the support from my family, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, WPTV, my dear friends and multiple other victims of this extremely disturbed, damaging and dangerous individual.

Alexander Juan Dimusto is not on the Chairman of the Board of Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Palm Beach County as stated on his LinkIn profile, his own website, or any other place he has that documented.  They are looking into the matter on a national level and do not appreciate a person with his record staining their name in this way.

Alexander Juan Dimusto was not the VP of International Sales for Sunbeam Corporation from 2000-2004 and instead had very brief employment with them in the late 90's preceding the dates he has listed on LinkedIn.  VP of Human Resources encouraged me to move forward and send a formal request from an attorney for records containing the reason for his departure. 

All other claimed credentials of Dimusto are being verified as well.

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine encountering a "human being" capable of the misery, hate and demented thinking and behavior that Alexander Juan Dimusto has demonstrated.  I have a crystal clear record, both on a civel and criminal basis and have worked very hard to get where I was when this repulsive individual came into my life.   I have NEVER been involved in a lawsuit, but Im initiating my first one very soon. 

We will also be taking this to a national level in an attempt to have laws put in place to keep people from taking someone's full name, creating a website, and ruining the reputation and lives of innocent victims.

I look forward to moving on with my life a much stronger and less naive woman.

I have never filed one single lawsuit in my entire life but Im getting ready to.  I have never been arrested or in any kind of trouble.  Alexander Juan Dimusto, however, has a very legnthy civil record as well as a crimnal record.

Alexander Juan Dimusto is not a member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Palm Beach County as stated on LinkedIn and, as a matter of fact, the Chapter closed in early January and is in the process of reorganization.  I was assured a person with his record would not be part of that organization, much less a Board Member.

Alexander Juan Dimusto did not work for Sunbeam Corporation as VP of International sales from 2000-2004.  He was very briefly employed with them in the late 90's.

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine encountering such a vicious and malicious "human being" and look forward to moving on a much, much stronger person.
