Deborah Allen Cox Schizophrenic, negligent and abusive mother. She refuses to take her meds and has left with the children. Florida
Deborah Allen Cox has two children fathered by different men. Her daughter Natalie is 16 years old. Muhammed Sam is 9.
Deborah left Texas two weeks ago with the son and is collecting Social Security Survivor Benefits on behalf of her daughter, but not giving her daughter the money. In addition, she neglected to renew food stamp and medicaid benefits for her daughter when she left the state, NOR did she give anyone guardianship over Natalie, so that should Natalie become ill or need to be hospitalized NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF HER!!!
Deborah is suffering from Manic Depressive Disorder that has escalated to paranoid schizophrenia. She refuses to take medication.
Both children still wet the bed at night and suffer from fears and paranoia as a result of coaxing from their mother.
Natalie has recenty dropped out of high school and is probably taking drugs. She may be engaged in prostitution.
Family and friends have been calling Child Protective Services in Texas and Seattle for years, but no one ever does a thing.
This woman should be required to take her medication, and unless she does, her kids should be taken away from her.

I can not believe that this same individual who reported against me came to me in 2000 and asked me to write a letter on her behalf to Child Protective Services stating what a good person she was. I did and the letter is on record in Harris County, Texas. I have loaned this woman money because she did not have food in the house. I have given her numerous rides because she and her husband did not have a car. I have purchased over two hundred dollars of cosmetics from her when she was selling Mary Kay. Indeed, I am diagnosed with Bi-polar Illness which is managed by a drug cocktail that I helped engineer with my physicians. After losing my job and full benefits in July 2002, I was under great stress finding alternative treatments in the public health care system. I now recieve Social Security and Medicare and my prescriptions are only one dollar each. Regardless of personal feeling and interpretation from the reporter who I will refer to as B. A. since I know exactly who she is, I can only refer her to a support group if she feels neglected in some way. I have specifically notified Child Protective Services and Social Security Administration in Harris County, Texas to record in their files that I am afraid of this woman whom I lived with in April, May of 2003. She has possession of my Social Security number and has harrassed me repeatedly. I also have this on record with my family members whom she has repeatedly harrassed. I have been treated for Bi-polar illness since 1982. I continue to amaze myself at finding new therapies to cope and recover.
