i thought they were closed down cause i dont see them any more
i asked mr slavat of debt control agency i thought they were out of business
mr slavat told me their still around-i thought they were shut down for violating the law's of charging to much interest
they put something on my credit report- i was surprised when i saw them there-i didnt even reconize the name-i made a big mistake to call them

after i wrote the original complaint i did some research online & found
cash store, instaloans & all companies they own have a class action suit against them
this class action suit was settled for the years 2004-2015
anybody that had account with them can apply for a refund @ www.cashstorerefund.com
the law suit charge this company with over charging for loans
debt control agency should have known this so they are trying to bully me
they are violating the law

I am confused. Instaloan did not force you to ask for a loan or sign any documents under duress?
Instaloan provided you a short term loan, under good faith, that you agreed to pay back this loan in a short term. Despite all of their attempts at repeated communitcations trying to get their money back, you forgot about them giving you money?
I believe the extra fees added are justified, due to the fact that the debt collection company had to use much more resources to get in touch with you. Resources and manpower are not free.
I don't think the debt collector should go out of business, in actuality I believe you should be arrested for theft since you didn't return the money you signed and agreed to.
