Angela, we don't mind the use of our name in your report. Your accusations against Renee Everhart are very serious and unfortunate. Our only concern as a company is the title of this document which states that Debt Free Management, Nova Star Home Mortgage and Your Capital Source are all the same company and are "Rippoffs" and "Corrupt". This simply is not true. We have no affiliation with Debt Free Management and Nova Star Home Mortgage acts as a licensing agency for 1000's of mortgage companies. They cannot be held responsible for every individual who claims to be a loan officer for every company they provide licensing for. They can write their own response if they want to but I just want to help you understand the roles of the companies you are mentioning. From your response above I get the sense that you didn't intend to deliver that message but only wanted to educate everyone as to the actions and whereabouts of this individual. The implication that every company that has an affiliation with Renee is automatically a "ripoff" and "corrupt" is not reasonable. For example, she only worked for us for 1 month after she represented herself as a Loan Officer. Standard background checks and practices gave us no indication of a criminal record or any of the behavior she is being accused of. We are also certain she did not have enough time to engage in any of those activities in the brief time she was in our employ. We are willing to cooperate in any way we can and we don't mind being mentioned in your report as long as the facts are accurately depicted. I would respectfully ask that you change your title to more accurately represent your experience: Debt Free Management Renee Everhart Ripoff

Kelby, I am sorry that Capital Source was brought into this, but the fact of the matter is that Renee brought this to your company. I have been investigating on my own for the last couple of years. I have a family of five and it was VERY difficult to live for a long while because of her. I would appreciate any information you may be able to give me regarding Renee Everhart. She has destroyed so many people's lives, people who just wanted to move on and do the right thing. Credit card debt is unbelievable and before you know it...you're drowning. We could have done one of two things...claim bankruptcy or try to pay off our debt the best way we knew how. We did the latter. But, because of Renee, we eventually had to claim bankruptcy...everyone suffered. Please...if you have any information, I would appreciate it. I can be reached at budzette at msn dot com. Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to give me.

Renee Everhart was an Employee of DFMS and Novastar when she shut down DFMS in Suite 1260. Your Capital Source, Inc. in Suite 1230 took over Suite 1260 and hired a few of the Novastar Employees. Renee quit Your Capital Source, Inc. within 1 month (I guess feeling the heat by being in the same office) and moved on. We should not even be listed on a complaint website and frankly I am going to request to have our name removed. The Irvine, CA police walked in the office and asked for DFMS, Renee Everhart and we supported them and gave them the only information that we had for Renee. We are a mortgage company that has been in business for 2 years, registered with the DRE. I will assist anyone in their efforts to go after Renee or DFMS.

Check this out...http://www.titlelease.com Same address as Debt Free Management, same phone number...everything! "Things that make you go...Hmmmmm"! Anyway, if for some reason the above wesite gets deleted, check out Car Capital, Inc. I don't know at this point if they are related in anyway, but I will find out...believe me! And...I contacted NovaStar, this is what they said: Here is my email to them along with the response: I'm interested in working with a representative named Renee Everhart. I dealt with her a while ago, and I would like to do complete to transaction that we were discussing. It's been a while, so I'm not even sure if she is still working for NovaStar. She was in one of your California offices...can you help me locate her? Thanks so much for your help. His response: I am sorry but I do not Know Renee. You may try calling our front desk at 949-860-8000 and ask them to see if she has a contact number. Joe Have to call them too, we'll see. I have a good feeling about this, we just all have to work together. I will be calling Michael from Lighthearted Entertainment later on today...he's another one who posted about Renee. Check out his letter and google him like did. Or your can google me too at AMD Custom Homes, Finksburg, MD...try it, it works!

Hey everyone, just wanted to update you on our friend Renee Everhart. She is now woring for a company called Your Capital Source, Inc. If you search for this company, there is a drop down box at the top of the website so you can select your representative, she's there. Since this has happened, my husband has had to file bankruptsy, I have had my savings and checking account attached by a creditor, it's been unbelievable. And what is even worse, no one will help. I've called the FBI, (mail fraud is a federal offense), FTC, several times, Attorney General, both in Maryland and California, the Post office, the police in california and maryland...no one will help. What the hell is the problem? Why can't someone, anyone do their jobs and help? I even contacted an attorney who didn't want anything to do with it. Renee is commiting fraud over and over again and getting away with it. I have already informed her, (when her email was working), that I will never leave her alone...it's a promise I won't break! Yes...I would love a class action suit and if anyone knows how to go about doing it, let me know at budzette at msn dot come. Hopefully we can get our money back, but most importantly I want her behind bars. I want to become her worse nightmare and let her see how it feels. Let me know if you're interested.
