Firstly, in the five years i paid him to pursue a debt, he did nothing and attempted to charge me an annual fee for being a client.
Just before he went into liquidation, he called me and asked me to send $3500.00 AUD to issue a warrant at the local Court to put my debtor into liquidation.
Unfortunatly, he went into receivership a few days later. I am sure he was aware he was going into liquidation and was just scamming his clients before he closed the doors. I have read many rip off reports of him scaming other clients in the exact same way before he closed down..
Be very wary of this guy.....
