I had been sent to Decker by Michelle Dillion and so I had been following Decker's Facebook for nearly 1 year. I felt like everything was legit he was helping people out left and right. One thing I did think was suspicious was the fact he never put people's names, But some people don't like their names being exploited. So I just ignored my thoughts. I then had talked to Decker multiple times about his program and I just wanted to wait till tax season so give him the $900. He continued to tell me that I could make payment arrangements and he would hold a spot for me. He was very pushy but I felt once again he had sales to do so didn't worry about it.

So come February 2016 I western union him the money and told him I would be moving to Florida in 5/6 months. He told me he would send me some listings of some houses. I had sent him multiple houses for him to not respond or say oh you can't afford that or that was is off market already. Sometime I would send him a house and wouldn't hear from him for weeks and then he would say the house is no longer available. Then I got tired of it and it was getting closer to date I was sposed to leave and I was getting agitated. So he finally send me houses but they was houses that were 10K-40K and needed major work done. Looked like they were in a real bad neighborhood and I didn't want to live in a bad neighborhood with my at that time 1 year old. I then did not hear from him for nearly 2-3 weeks I believe. It was getting even closer and he said he could do a quick sale for even more money to be sent to him and I refused. He wanted nearly $2000 to do a quick sale and I told him absolutely not I had gave him $900 in feb and he had plenty of time to sign off on a house and then didn't hear anything again. Now it was my time to go to Florida and still no luck on a house. I got even more agitated and told him he ain't doing anything to help me out. I told him I had gave him money. I went to Florida and was staying in a hotel with my mom, my 1 year old, and my 12 year old niece.

I was there for 2 weeks sending him houses he claim that he had talked to a few realtors and I had also contacted them. He said he had offered her one price and she forward me email and said he offered her something completely different. (Like 100k different so he could get more money out of me for interest) and when I started to catch him in lies he started to flat out ignore me and said I refused his services and he could no longer help me out. I told him I wanted my money back since he did not fulfill his promise about putting me in a house and he said he couldn't be it's non refundable and I told him I would be taking him to court and he said okay. He said he would talk to accountant about giving Money back, but he was out of town and had to wait. - few more days pass by and still nothing. So I asked about the money and he said he had asked and still no answer.
