I ordered 3 pair of Ugg boots off the internet. They charged my credit card immediately.
Two pairs arrived in a broken box and an illegible invoice.
I contacted the customer service email. They claimed I needed to send them my invoice number and email address. I sent them all the information I had.
They recontacted me and said they still needed more information.
When I tried emailing them again, the email address and website were no longer in service.
