My wife ordered an Empire Industries bathroom vanity on 11-2014 from Decor Globe simply because they had the best price on the vanity. She received an order confirmation on 11-21-14 to say the item was back ordered. She called them and someone from cuistomer service said the delivery will be two weeks which we were OK with.

On Friday morning 12-12-14, my wide called again to inquire about delivery and Andris told her that the order was never placed. He said he would place the order and it will be a two week delivery. Andris later sent an email to say the vanity will be back ordered for two to three months.

I called Empire Industries on Monday 12-15-14 to find out that the delivery is indeed two weeks and they do not have Decor Globe listed as an authoirized distributor. I then called Decor GLobe and spoke to Ernest who said the manufacturer's delivery time was 2-3 months and that the order was placed with the manufacturer on 11-20-14. All of which are complkete lies. Once I challenged him on the lies, he put me on hold for one hour.

I then called back and was elevated to a "supervisor" Joe who informed me that they will not be placing the order with Empire for two to three months. He took no responsibility for his reports lying to us and wasting a month of our time. I firmly believe shoud we wait the two to three months, they would still not deliver the vanity. They are perpetuating a fraudulent business and take no responsibilty for their actions. Nowhere on their site do they give their physical location which clearly means they are hiding. Given that they have multiple websites perpetuating the same scams. My recomendation is to stay very far away from them.

I forgot to offer my thoughts on why this occured. I think they made an error on the pricing on their website so instead of being an upright business and accepting their error and fulfilling the order, they went the route of playing games to try to get rid of me. The bottom line is they are not a reputable business and talking to them is downright painfull for a number of reasons. E-commerce should be seamless and uneventful if the seller is a legitimate business person.
