If you are thinking about using their service beware. According to the CEO Sean Juneja, master designers only stay @ 2 years. So if you are paired with a master designer, there is a good possibility that they wil leave the company before the project is done. My decorator, disappeared for 3 weeks before the company would confirm that she has left. I was left with a partially completed project, lied to and disparaged by the CEO and was forced to hire a 3rd party to finish the job. the company is engaging until they have your money and then take their time reposonding and do not listen to your needs.
