I made an on time payment of $134.00. Upon receiving my June bill I have a $39 late fee.                                          

I called on Friday afternoon about 3:00 pm. The female rep was indescribably nasty. I couldn't get any resolutioon from her so I requested to speak to a manager.                                                                                                            

 I was told no manager was in and I was given a voicemail. I left a message for this "Supervisor" to call me which he never did. So my wife and I called back at 5:57 pm and spoke to Bob Schweffert on 6/17/16.                                            

He, at least was polite. My wife (who had my permission to handle this) asked why I was being charged $39 for a $.06 error. She was told that he-Bob- had to speak to me.                                                                                      

 He then said he didn't know where the $.06 came from and that there was nothing he could do about the late fee except take the $39 off of the priinciple when I pay the bill off. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I cannot believe that this is even legal!                                                                                                                                  

I believe the $39 should be immediately deleted. I am more than willing to send them their $.06 immediately.
