Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I purchased a brand new home in Ibis Country Club on 11/13/2009 with a 1-year builders warranty.  First when we bought the house nobody showed us how things are working in the house. We had numerous problems. Appliances were not connected. We had to plug in the refrigerator. The garbage disposal wasnt ready for use. We had to open up under the cabinet to make it work. There were a lot more problems: the telephone wiring wasnt everywhere, they forgot to install a switch for the pool light, didnt connect all the wires for the outside fans, cabana shower didnt have hot water, light in the kitchen cabinet wasnt working, damaged bath tub, the front door doesnt close properly, damaged kitchen cabinet doors, pool pipes are leaking, pool heater didnt work. When my wife was doing laundry, she noticed its getting too hot in the laundry room. Of course, because the exhaust pipe wasnt connected to the dryer, so all the air went back to the room (I took care of that too). There was no insulation on the door between the garage and the house. All the snakes, spiders and other bugs couldve just got in. When the cold weather came in I didnt have heat in my master bedroom, because the heater always blew out the breaker. They installed the wrong size breaker. I have more things going on in my yard. I had to pull out 10 bushes, because they died. My trees are in the back are dead. He doesnt want to replace them. Most of the problems are getting fixed slowly, but now he is giving me a hard time to fix the pool pipes, doesnt even respond to take care of the front door. Ive been very patient with the builder, but now it seems like he doesnt want to take care of the problems. If he is not fixing the problems thats breach of contract. He sold the house with a 1-year warranty. Its not my problem, that all these things are happening, but it is his responsibility to take care of it. He is trying to be very nice, but he is not. He thinks he can give us a smile and then he doesnt have to fix anything. This is not my first house, I even bought very old home, but none of them had as many problems as this brand new one.
