BEGINING OF 5/06, PURCHASED DEMENSION CPU,17INCH FLAT SCREEN MONITOR (NICE),UPGRADED TO BETTER SOUND SYSTEM,AND 944 ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER. ON-LINE, THE GIRL, IN NEW SALES IN THE U.S.A., WAS VERY NICE. TAKING THE ORDER, THAT'S WHERE DELL GET'S YOU HOOK LINE AND SINKER. THE CPU,FIRST THING, (HAD TO REPLACE THE MOTHER BOARD), THAT'S ONE.

NEXT, THE 944 PRINTER WAS (DEFECTIVE),SENT IT BACK, THAT'S TWO.RECIEVED NEW 944 PRINTER, (DID NOT WORK WELL WITH SYSTEM), SENT IT BACK,THAT'S THREE. ORDERED ON-LINE NEW 964 STAND-ALONE PRINTER. NOW, THE NEW PRINTER 964 IS A WOUNDEROUS ITEM, AFTER YOU READ THE MANUEL IN IT'S ENTIRITY AND DO ALL IT STATES TO DO AND BEHOLD THE d**n THING STILL DOSEN'T WORK PROPERLY.(IT SENDS ALL FAXES TO VOICE MAIL BOX WITH PHONE COMPANY).

BELLSOUTH STATES IT IS DELL'S PROBLEM AND VICE VERSA.OH YES, LET'S NOT FORGET ABOUT THE WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY DELL,THAT IS OUT SOURCED TO ANYONE/COUNTRY THAT DOESEN'T SPEAK ENGLISH WELL ENOUGH TO COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND WHAT THE HELL IT IS YOUR TRYING TO ACHEIVE. ALL THEY ARE DOING IS READING OUT OF THE SAME MANUEL YOU THE CONSUMER ALL READY HAVE WHEN YOU MADE THE PURCHASE, MAYBE!! IF YOUR LUCKY.

NOW 5/7/06, 9:42 A.M.AND I HAVE THESE ITEMS PURCHASED FROM DELL ON-LINE, WITH SO CALLED REBATES IN THE MAIL TO ME , WHICH FROM READING OTHER RIPP-OFF REPORTS I WILL NEVER SEE MY REBATES EITHER, AND NO ONE, I MEAN NO ONE ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH AT DELL CARES ABOUT THE PROBLEM , IT'S JUST LIKE BUYING A CAR ONCE YOU DRIVE IT OFF THE LOT, THEY DON'T KNOW WHO THE HELL YOU ARE, AND DON'T CARE. THAT'S DIFFENATELY WHERE THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE COMES IN. FIVE AND SIX HOURS AT A TIME ON THE PHONE WITH SOMEONE, EACH DAY,FOR OVER A MONTH, AFTER WORK TRYING TO GET DELL'S HELP IS A BIG FRIGG'IN PROBLEM TO ME.

YOU TOO CAN BE SCREWED BY DELL, WHAT THE HELL. DON'T WAIT, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS BUY DELL PRODUCT'S TODAY AND DON'T DELAY.GET SCREWED TODAY."MR.AND MRS.MICHAEL DELL ARE (COMPLETELY) AWARE OF DELLS PRACTICES. ARE THEY OR NOT? WELL ,I HOPE THIS WILL GIVE SOMEONE, THE CHANCE NOT TO GO THROUGH THE SAME TIME CONSUMING CRAP AND EXPERIENCE AT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE I HAVE FROM DELL. (BECAUSE IT SUCK'S BIG TIME MR. DELL SIR.)AND AS FAR AS YOUR COMPANIES ACTIONS THEY SUCK ALSO.)

WAKE UP MR. DELL BEFORE WE AS A WHOLE FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST YOU AND YOUR COMPANY. COMPLETELY UNSATIFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCTS AND YOUR SO CALLED SERVICE CARE DEPT. GO TO YOUR ROOM MR. DELL. SHAME ON YOU . I GUESS ONCE YOU BECOME AS RICH AS MR. DELL, EVERYONE ELSE IS BENEATH YOU,AS YOUR COMPANY REAPS THE AMERICAN HARVEST. ONE SUGGESTION, MOVE YOUR MAIN OFFICE TO DOWNTOWN BAGDAD. SIGNED. JUST ONE OF THE PEOPLE YOU HAVE TOTALLY PISSED OFF.

I HOPE ALL OF US CAN GET TOGETHER AND DISCUSS A PLAN OF ACTION AGAINST MR.DELL AND HIS SO CALLED COMPANY. SERIOUSLY, NOT YOUR CUSTOMER ANY MORE,WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND MR.DELL. IN FACT, DO NOT BE SUPRISED, YOU WILL BE DISCUSSED ON THE AIR SHORTLY ACROSS THE NATION . TALK RADIO WILL LOVE THIS WEB SITE AND IT'S CONTENT. HAVE A NICE DAY. MR.DELL.

I agree Dell is right up there with AOL and Verizon on so-called customer service. I bought two laptops from them and have had nothing but problems, and anytime you want to speak with someone outside of purchasing you get someone who can barely speak English who calls himself Jerry (yeahsure). I have yet in all my experience with them had good service, you get juggled from one non-English speaking rep to another, until you are so feed up you say, I just want to close my account. Oh guess what, magically you get a rep. who you can finally understand. I still canceled my service (Dell Credit Card) and have warned everyone, that while I love my computers, the service sucks. In today world customer service is the key and people are willing to pay more for service, soon all merchants will realize this and unless they adapt they will end up like K-Mart.
