You have to remember, You are speaking with a outsourced representative while on the phone, and so they can only use the tools given to them to sell whats in stock and cannot adjust the prices, And if A order hasn't been processed that means the information the rep had entered was incorrect even if you were provided with a Order number and this would not fall under a Bait and Switch which would be if The Monitor was shown as $99.99 but when you call in you could only get the monitor at 99.99 if you purchased other items as well or was more than the advertised price but when you had called in the price had changed since then.
