I e-mailed dell customer care to get a copy of my service history (what was fixed and when) as well as my purchase agreement (receipt) so that I could have copies if I could ever get this to court. They agreed and told me that I should get them in my e-mail within the next business day. I waited a few days and never got them. I called their customer care a few times and made the same request with the same results. I have notes on my conversations with Dell support from this summer including the names that the employees gave and what they said to me (that I can only take as Dell policy), in case anyone wants to help me take this case.
