MY HUSBAND AND I DECIDED TO GET A COMPUTER. ALL WE HEARD ABOUT DELL WAS HOW GREAT DELL WAS SO WE BOUGHT OUR COMPUTER FROM THEM. AND WE ALSO GOT THE PREFERRED ACCOUNT YOU KNOW THE ONE WHERE THERE IS NO FINANCE CHARGE FOR THE FIRST YEAR. WELL WE GOT OUR FIRST BILL AND LOW AND BEHOLD THERE WAS FINANCE CHARGE ON IT. THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU QUALIFY FOR THE PREFERRED ACCOUNT BUT THERE IS ALWAYS A BUT. YOU DON'T QUALIFY FOR NO FINANCE CHARGE FOR THE YEAR. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?WE ALSO WAS DUMB ENOUGH TO BUY A SECOND ONE. BUT THIS TIME WE PAYED CASH AND AN EXTRA $120.00 TO HAVE IT SHIPPED IN 2 DAYS. WELL THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN EITHER. AFTER THE 2 DAYS I CALLED TO SEE WHERE IT WAS. THEY SAID THEY SHIPPED IT BUT WE GAVE THEM AN ADDRESS THAT DIDN'T EXIST. HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT ONE I DON'T KNOW WHERE I LIVE. SO AFTER ARGUING WITH DELL ON WHERE I LIVE THEY SAID IT WOULD BE THERE THE NEXT MORNING. DO YOU THINK IT WAS THERE? NO WE HAD TO GO AND TRACK IT DOWN OURSELVES BECAUSE DELL SENT IT BUT HAD NO IDEA WHERE IT WAS. SO FINALLY WE FOUND IT 5 DAYS LATER.NOW DO YOU THINK DELL WOULD APOLOGIZE! OH YES, THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE GOOD AT. EVERY TIME I CALL I AM WAITING FOR AT LEAST 20 MIN. OR MORE IT HAS BEEN SINCE DEC. 15, 2005 THAT THEY TOLD ME I WOULD GET A REFUND FOR MY 2 DAY SHIPPING FEE. I HAVE BEEN TOLD I NEVER BOUGHT A COMPUTER FROM THEM. I HAVE BEEN TOLD I AM GIVING THEM THE WRONG INFORMATION. THEY COULDN'T FIND MY ORDER# OR MY CUSTOMER#. SO I GOT ON DELL.COM AND FOUND IT IN 3 MIN. WHAT KIND OF STUPID IGNORENT PEOPLE THAT DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH WORL THERE BUT I WILL RECIEVE MY REFUND IN 24 HRS. IT IS NOW FEB. 16,2006 AND I AM STILL WAITING.... I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM DELL AGAIN!!!

You should return the computer you received. It seems the caps lock key is stuck. Don't be pissed because you have bad credit. When you apply for the preferred account it will tell you on your approval if you qualify for the 12 months no interest plan or not. Seriously though. The caps lock thing is bad.
