I saw an advertisement for free trial of this product. All I needed to pay for was a nominal shipping fee. After deciding not to continue as a member receiving additional supplies I called to cancel. I found out that I have to pay to return the product and if I don't return it and they don't receive in within a specified time frame, my credit card will be charged for the full amount. This is one of the biggest rip offs. I've read many other complaints on your website regarding the false advertisement of this product and of Auravie. It clearly reads "free trial" but it's not. It is a scam.
