This has honestly got to be the worst company I've ever dealt with! Rude and unknowledgeable. They do not know what they are doing. I went there because I forgot the password to my computer. Instead of being able to log in, the guy who works there (Scam artist extraordinar Derrick Bellanca) decided he would have to reinstall my entire computer and charged me 300 for it! (I was an idiot). Then conveniently, three days later my computer crashed. Derrick said I would need a new harddrive which cost me an additional 200 dollars. My CD player and internet stopped working on the computer. When I emailed him asking to fix it, he said he wouldn't do it and I'd have to sue to get him to do it. I went to an IT center at my college and they said whoever worked on my computer has absolutely no knowledge of computers because they installed a faulty harddrive and the wrong service pak. DO NOT GO HERE, I HAD TO END UP SELLING THE COMPUTER AND LOSING MONEY. THEY ARE RUDE AND SCAM ARTISTS!!!!
