Delray Credit Counseling Delray Credit Counseling Ripped off, mislead, stole my money Delray Beach Florida
Delray Credit Counseling told me that they could get my percentage rate down on my credit cards so they could be paid off withing three years.
My fixed rate went up on all my credit cards after Delray became involved because no payments were made until 3 months later.
The fixed rate that Delray obtained was as high as what I had been paying before payments became late.
I was also told that the first payment would go towards my credit card payments but found out that they actually keep this money for security and if you drop out then they keep the money.
After dropping Delray I was able to work with the cc companies for a lower fixed rate then what Delray got me.
Delray refused to pay back the original payment made to them.

I just wanted to see what others have to say about this company. I have about 2 years left with them. My rates are about 4.99% - 9% depending on the creditors. I do know for a fact that it does interrupt with the credit report but I am getting by as best I can. One thing I noticed is that they don't advertise on the radio like the other ones do. They have emailed me back for any questions I have. I shall see. I know for a fact one of the creditors being paid back there is only a balance of $8??.000 on it left so I hope that it is getting down there. Everything takes time. Maybe some people don't do enough of the research but who knows.
